Kenyon is a 2019 kid that is committed to LSU. His recruitment is far from over. Texas will be in this one til the very end. He's 5-star player and everyone from bama to usc to Clemson will be all over him. Texas' need for "dudes," as Herman calls them, on the OL will be appealing for all coveted OL prospects.

I read that we cooled on Hines a little on OL bc of size. Are we now just interested in him at DL or we'll take as an OL too? Also, where's Garrett been, he ok?

He can play either side of the ball with the current situation along the O and D line. UT would really just like to get him committed and then see where his natural fit is. If it's at o-line then that's where he'll play but telling a HS kid that he can play anywhere and then showing him that his ticket to the NFL is on one side of the ball or the other is easy if he's already enrolled. Garrett is around. Just been busy with real world job, life, etc..
