If you guys were to give an estimate on how many games we would win this season by this point, how many would you say we'd have?

If you guys were to give an estimate on how many games we would win this season by this point, how many would you say we'd have? I see a team that can get loads better and should. I still see an 8 win team out there currently. Ask me again after Saturday though

Bah, I'm far too anxious for Saturday. It seems like that game is going to decide the amount of momentum we have during the course of our season.

I'm nervous about Saturday, and have no expectations of us winning, and would be elated if we even come close to it. That said, I hope our guys have enough confidence in themselves to play at their best, and give USC a run for the money. I think Saturday will be a litmus test for the remainder of the season, and not just a win vs a loss, but in how they play. I don't even care who the QB is, as long as the O-Line does its job well.
Hook em!🤘🏼

I have been watching tons of USC film and from what I can gather Texas has the speed to play with them easily, I don't know that they have the discipline/ Technique to play with them.

Seems like so many longhorns are hyping up the game, and I'm just like... okay, yea, we have a shot at upsetting them, but not a big one. I feel like all we're doing is just setting ourselves up for disappointment. Again. Like, where have all of these expectations come from all of the sudden? How have we shown that we can keep up with them? I mean, I'll believe it if I see it on the field against USC, but right now, there's no way we should be expecting a win.
That wasn't at you, by the way, garrett. That was just me going on a rant because I'm frustrated that we keep on hyping ourselves up with nothing to show only to be disappointed at the end.

I understand where you're coming from but the team isn't going to go into the game thinking they're going to lose and I know you aren't referring to the players but I think the fans feel the same way bc of Herman. Maybe at times this team has played down to their competition but I also think it could be the opposite to where we play up to the competition. Let the game and expectations play out and let's see what we can say Saturday late night/Sunday morning

Way I see it, You can either hype yourself up constantly and it will pay off when the team plays to that standard or you can take the Charlie approach and legit never use twitter/social media.
