Ain't this something y'all? Texas has no business being in this game. But here they are. In your opinion is this team different than last yr in which they'll continue to improve and be consistent and why? I took the weekend to think about this and yes I do believe this was a turning point the team needed. I saw players with potential actually use it. I saw guys who were still "boys" turn into men and I saw a lot of players after the game not say "I" but "we" yes they lost and there are no moral victories but this team realizes it can play with anyone. Effort and Heart kept them in a game with way too many mistakes. They know if they clean this up that they can be dangerous. All it takes now is staying healthy and keeping that mentality week in and week out. You aren't always going to be playing number 4 in front of 90,000. Sometimes you play Iowa St. in front of 35,000. But if they keep at this trajectory and figure out how they are gonna operate this offense, this team will continue to not only get better but continue to grow into a team that can compete for the big 12 in a year's time. No I don't think it is this year of course but they turned me from a skeptic into a believer on Saturday. I still see 7-5 or 8-4 but I see a burnt orange light at the end of the tunnel and one day illuminating a certain Tower.

What did you see other than staying in the game and not getting blown out that makes this team different to where you don't take we will be up n down each week
